Returns/Exchange Policy
We are very proud to offer you superior quality in all of our products and we think you'll be thrilled with your purchase, but we also understand that computer monitors display color differently, so exchanges are accepted on our woolens. We do not accept returns, woolen strips, rug hooking patterns, books, wool kits and paper patterns due to the nature of these products. Thank you for your understanding.
A return or exchange request must be received within 14 days of purchase date. Please reach out through email or our Contact Us page. Store credit will be issued less a 10% restocking fee and less the original shipping charge. Return shipping costs to us is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the order was incorrectly processed by us. All products MUST be returned in their original condition.
Shipping
We ship to US addresses using the USPS Postal system. Orders ship out between 3 - 7 business days of order date excluding weekends and holidays.
Our shipping table rates are as follows. Orders totally:
- $ up to $20 = $4.75
- $20.01 - $38.50 = $6.75
- $38.51 - $76.00 = $8.75
- $76.01 - $150.00 = $10.75
- $150.01 - $175.00 = $12.75
- Over $175 ships for free
