Our hand-dyed wool is dyed one pot at a time. Hand-dyed wool is an art form and with this in mind, no two pieces will be identical. All of our wool is lovingly selected from vendors whom we think provide superior quality wool for over-dyeing. Each piece is dyed and rinsed to give you a woolen that feels wonderful to the hand and is a delight to work with. Each piece is 100% wool unless otherwise stated.
Each piece is a fat 1/4 yard piece measuring approximately 15" x 25".

Purple Spot#66 is a beautiful combination of colors. It blends well with so many different wools. Phyllis is a master at wool dyeing. No matter what color samples I order, the final wools I order, always match those samples! Great colors & quality wools from Winterberry Cabin! I’ve never been disappointed!

Purple spots on grey herringbone
Got a bit to accent a piece I was working on, but love the subtle shading of the purples, greys, blues and even a touch of yellow (how did that happen?), I must get more!!
